Charlestown Independent Church offers ministries for all age groups.

Missions Ministry
The church gives back at least 10 percent of its contributions to ministries throughout the world, including Malawi, Africa, where the Mission Team takes a trip every other year to help an orphanage. The team also makes regular domestic trips and helps with local missions. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to missions.
Children's Ministry
This ministry includes LifeGroup classes every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. for all age groups, including a nursery. After the class, children attend the music portion of the worship service with a parent or guardian before going to Children's Church. This ministry also features an AWANA Bible Club for children ages 3 through fifth grade, which meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. Newcomers are always welcome!
Youth Group
Youth group is for those 6th through 12 grade. The group meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Each meeting consists of a large-group meeting followed by small groups which are broken down by age. The night also includes games. In addition, the group has a variety of outings each year, including a week-long trip to Crossings Camp.
LifeGroups
In addition to offering small class sizes for children, the church has LifeGroup classes for middle and high schoolers, and offers a variety of classes for adults. All of the classes meet Sunday from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. It is within these small groups that friendships are forged while biblical truth is taught.
Women's Ministry
The church offers special ministry opportunities and outings for women, including the Women's Tea and painting classes. This ministry also helps organize a variety of special events and decorates for holidays and other occasions.
Young Adults
Our church is blessed to have a small group just for young adults that meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. This group is made up of friendly young people who are growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Newcomers are always made to feel welcomed!
